I am a retired IT support associate who dedicated over a decade to Northern Illinois University's College of Education. During my tenure, I was recognized for exceptional contributions to staff and was featured in the university's "Applaud a Colleague" segment.
Before my career at NIU, I worked in the cable industry for 22 years and later transitioned into IT support, obtaining certifications in A+ and Network+. I also operated a small computer repair business from my home for 15 years and counting.
